The Australia cities are quite safe and there are many things to do, especially in Sydney. You can visit the opera house, take a boat across the harbor, climb the bridge or just relax on Bondi beach.

Ireland is a perfect place for travelling alone. It has friendly locals, so you don’t ever feel alone if you don’t want to. There are many countryside points of interest such as mountains and lakes as well as the city sights of Dublin.
